What about the Cabins and amenities?

There are 3 spacious, 800 square-foot, well-stocked, 2-bedroom river-front cabins overlooking the middle fork of the Boise River. Each cabin has it's own private river-side deck with sulphur-free hot tub, table and chairs, and a charcoal barbeque. The cabins will comfortably sleep 3 couples, with each having 1 extra queen size hide-a-bed, and linens for all 3 beds are provided. The cabins have 1 full size bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower, and 2-sets of towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. Kitchens, in all 3 cabins, are well-stocked with cookware, flatware, glasses and utensils, as well as towels, dish soap, and coffee pots. There is also a separate sauna room for all registered guests.


What about the Rockhouse?

The rockhouse is a large rock cabin with 2 beds in one open room. It has a couch, table and chairs, with a full size bathroom and it's own private hot tub. Linens, 2 full sets of towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. The rockhouse does not have a kitchen, stove, or refrigerator, and has no means of indoor cooking, but it does have an outdoor charcoal barbeque. Guests are welcome to bring a camp stove and their own cooking supplies, finger foods, snacks, etc.


What about the Gatehouse?

The Gatehouse is a private, large, rustic, 3-bedroom, 2-story cabin with 2 queen size hide-a-beds, and will comfortably sleep 5 couples. All linens are provided. The Gatehouse has no electricity, the lights, refrigerator, stove, etc. are propane-powered. Guests are welcome to bring their own generators for additional power and lighting, provided you don't mind listening to a generator. The Gatehouse kitchen is well-stocked with all of your cookware and utensils.


What about weddings or other events?

The entire property is available for rent for weddings, family reunions, or any other large gatherings.


What are the prices?

Riverfront cabins are $125 per night for the the first 2 adults and $25 per night for each additional adult, and requires a $125 non-refundable deposit*.

Gatehouse is $110 per night for the the first 2 adults and $25 per night for each additional adult, and requires a $110 non-refundable deposit*.

Rockhouse is $80 per night for up to 4 people, and requires a $80 non-refundable deposit*.

Child rates: 12 years-old and under are $10 per child, per night. 13 years-old and older are considered adults.

*Deposits go towards the price of the stay and must be received within 7-days of making your reservation via check or money order, along with a note of your reservation date.


Policies:

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm

A two-night minimum stay is required.

Pets are welcome, and require a one-time fee of $10 per pet. Pets must be maintained on leashes when outside, cleaned up after, and we encourage you to bring clean sheets to cover the furniture to limit pet hair.


What about getting there?

Please note that the road to Twin Springs from Highway 21 is 26.6 miles and is a dirt road. It is, however, generally in good shape and usable by any vehicle. We encourage you to check road conditions, take it slow and drive safe, and be sure that your vehicle is well-maintained before starting out on the Middle Fork road. There are no services along the way and you’ll need to either be prepared, or be prepared to wait.
